Student Flags can be assigned and removed from students in two ways.
1) Manually, admins can always manually add and remove Student Flags from students. All teachers can as well if the toggle in your school's Settings to allow teachers to manually manage flags is enabled.
2) Quests can automatically add and remove flags.
Quests have two nodes for managing Student Flags. These are the Flag Student and Unflag Student nodes. To place a visual indicator on a student for teachers viewing, simply add a Flag Student node to your Quest.
When a Flag Student node is reached it will add a visual indicator (you choose the color), on the student's card which only teachers can see. You can add an optional description for the teacher. The Flag ID you provide is used to identify it. To remove the Flag the Quest can execute an Unflag Student node using the Flag ID you want to remove.
Any Quest can add or remove a Flag by its Flag ID. It doesn't have to be within same Quest.
