While CritterCoin generally is only about positive rewards, teachers can remove coins from students they have recently sent in the event of a mistake.
To remove a batch of coins recently sent...
1) If you just sent the coins, you can click the Undo button on the confirmation banner...
2) If the banner closed before you clicked it, or your realized the mistake later, you can revisit your last 10 batches of coins sent by going to Settings and clicking Sent Coins History.
3) Then click Unsend Coins on the coins you want to remove.
What are the limitations on the coins that I can remove?
- The teacher that sent the coins must be the one to undo the coins.
- Only the last 10 coin batches sent can be undone.
- Once the request to undo the coins is sent, it can take several minutes to process the request, depending on the number of coins sent and size of your school.
What happens when I undo Coins?
- The coins are removed from the affected students' profiles.
- The affected students' Reward Store balances are reduced by the value of the coin. If the event this would cause the student's Reward Store balance to drop below zero, it will be set to zero.
- The points for the coins are deducted from the students' House scores.
